Waikiki Health’s HIV/AIDS Early Intervention Services (HEIS) Outreach Program provides confidential HIV and Hepatitis C outreach, testing, and linkage to community resources while providing education on HIV, Hepatitis C, & STDs to clients enrolled in substance abuse treatment programs in the State of Hawaii.

HEIS assists patients at substance abuse treatment centers located on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island.
