Community Events

APAMSA is hosting an on-campus cultural festival on October 13th. The festival aims to provide a space for cultural organizations at OHSU to celebrate their cultural diversity with the greater OHSU community. It will be an open event where groups can showcase their activities, interests, food, and skills. In addition to our APAMSA table, we plan on having tables for the All of Us Research program and Be the Match, due to APAMSA’s involvement with these two organizations. We anticipate a large number of AANHPI individuals attending, along with many others from other marginalized communities. This grant funding would enable us to put on a larger event and reach a larger number of people.
