People comments:
– The registration form is too long, people submitted enrollment form, but there is more and more to complet form.
– English is second language person need assistant until completion of form
– Operation hours: 10 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, most people are working hours.
– Suggested make differen hours of operation ( 12 pm to 6 pm?) and put one day on Sunday or Saturday.
– 5-7 tubes of blood drawing
– Share my data with others, so insecure my information
– Increse insurance premium?
