Sifu Mai Du here will teach us something practical in daily defense for the Asian elderlies in order to strengthen their courage and ability against crime. Since the pandemic, some Asian-hate crimes becomes an obstacle for some community member to go back to normal life, but Sifu Mai Du is here to help the elderly to protect themselves.
