This radio show is a playback of the Vietnamese webinar on Mental Wellness, featuring psychologist Suzie Xuyen Dong. Dr. Dong provided an overview of what mental wellness is, the body’s reaction to stress and potential traumatic events. VACF staff also took the opportunity to include brief information of the All of Us research program, precision medicine, examples where AANHPI community did not benefit from certain medications due to lack of representation in research.
