Skin cancer is one of the most common cancers in the U.S. The most common types of skin cancer are basal and squamous. These types of cancer typically appear on head, face, neck, hand and arm. Another common type of skin caner is melanoma. Skin cancer can be cured if diagnosed and treated early.
