This festival is anticipated to be a very large event in Colorado as it is their 50th event. There will be many other booths offering a variety of services and products to attract the Asian American communities in Denver. We anticipate great foot traffic through this festival and will target the uninsured communities with free screenings. We will provide screenings for common medical conditions\, including high blood pressure\, obesity\, vision loss\, and glaucoma. We will have medical students\, ophthalmology residents\, and licensed clinicians (physicians\, PAs\, and NPs) to help us. We have reached out to the Ophthalmology Department and DAWN Clinic (a free clinic linked to our medical school) for volunteers.
