DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with our East Region Partners\, the Wellness for All of Us Campaign was created to showcase the diverse wellness practices within the AANHPI communities and to encourage our communities to join us in actively caring for our mind\, body and spirit. Every other month\, we get together to partake in a new wellness practice and to promote the All of Us research program to help improve medical treatments for all. \nThis month\, Zarin Yaqubie from Arab-American Family Support Center (AAFSC) will lead a workshop on how Healthy Minds Healthy Life is designed to address common mental health concerns. This wellness workshop will provide tips to tackle anxiety\, depression and trauma. \nZarin is a licensed mental health counselor and supervisor that has clinical experience working with various mental health related issues. She is passionate about providing community work.
