Community Events

Region conferences are held annually with the purpose of advocating for the health of AANHPI communities. Our theme this year is Reclaiming the Narrative: Medicine through our Lens and this theme calls on us to take ownership of our experiences as Asian Americans, challenge stereotypes like the “model minority”, and uplift the cultural wisdom we bring to the practice of medicine. We will have many breakout sessions dedicated to this mission.
